We are Jeanette and Gary, a husband and wife partnership, working in our business with our great care team, to support you at home.

Jeanette is a qualified Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience in managing aged and disability services as well as providing a range of clinical supports. Gary brings his extensive business experience to support the delivery of quality care.

We  are supported by a great care and support team who share their values and commitment to making people’s lives that bit easier just as friends and family do for each other.

Our Support Workers
Our experienced team of Support Workers are trained in first aid and manual handling. They hold or are completing a Certificate III in Home and Community Care or Disability Care. Where additional skills are required they receive specialist credentialed training.
Our Care Coordinators
Focused Care’s team of professional Care Coordinators are experienced community services professionals. They ensure that the right mix of services is in place to suit your individual needs, goals and budget.

Our Care Coordinators will also offer expert advice, make referrals and advocate on your behalf.

They are your partners through the community care system. Together with you and your family, they will put in place a detailed care plan, monitor your progress and adjust your plan as circumstances change.
