Cost & Funding FAQ
The cost of services depends on the type and level of support required, as well as whether you are using government funding or private services. For some pricing costs, you can visit our Pricing page here.
Unfortunately, we are not able to take on any CHSP clients, only Support at Home, DVA, VHC, NDIS, and privately funded.
Yes. Many clients choose to access private services while waiting for a package. Once approved, you can also continue with additional private support if needed.
Cancellation policies may apply depending on notice given. We will clearly outline this in your service agreement.
Services & Staff FAQ
You are able to let us know your preference with your support worker and we aim to match clients with suitable carers to encourage comfort, consistency, and long-term relationships.
Our team members are fully qualified and carefully selected and trained to provide compassionate, professional, and high-quality care.
Yes, staff are required to have compliance checks including police clearances and relevant screening requirements such as NDIS screening.
We offer both short-term and ongoing care depending on each client’s individual needs.
